In-Cell Touch Display Driver IC (TDDI)
Introduction
Solomon Systech offers a series of In-Cell Touch Display Driver IC (TDDI) to support different LCD technologies, including a-Si, LTPS, IGZO, etc. Our TDDI all have an embedded TAFE/TDFE/MCU/Algorithm and a controller block supporting display resolutions from WVGA to FHD+. These products are embedded with high speed MIPI lanes to support high data rate transfer with low power consumption. These highly integrated IC solutions also provide other competitive features such as color enhancement, Content Adaptive Brightness Control (CABC), minimal external components and up to 16M colors support.
Applications
Smartphone, tablet, meter, automotive and GPS, etc.
